The plan of action

The bones of an undefined plan, no flesh... But not fleshless...
What is achievable, but not predictable, take advantages of the advantages I have. Furniture stands out, but me without the credentials, but lacking credentials in all areas of generic design too. Although, the experience i do have and the unique angle i can create, potential. Taiwan has a highly technically skilled masses, but rehashing what is old and stale. A conveyer belt of what has gone before, unpolished, unstructured, and little or no UCD. Of course a generalisation, and no doubt some efficiencies here translate into refined UCD, numerous pop examples.
Without doubt there are opportunities here... A consultancy perhaps.
So what next?

On the way home now... Lots of ideas now floating in my mind, need to fish them out into a coherent structure.

My year is split up into an 15000 word dissertation, dissertation relating previous dissertation to cybloks potential business model and a creative project.

Lots to read up on the new economy and new business models... Wikinomics is apparently the place to start, will see what amazons reccomendations give me branching off from wikinomics.

Small interface

There is no getting away from it... The iPhone along with all mobile phones, the interaction area is too small... Especially when you are on a bouncy bus... How about a small correction? Interface custoning as you type of the bus.., using the accelerometers. Dampening the keyboard through bumps, acceleration...

But augmented reality must be the definitive solution, slightly larger gestures? Stability!!! Comfort!!! Cushioned AR interface...

longtime no news... here's an update

Well since my last post tons has happened... To save time I'll give you a basic summary:

*Finished my degree in product design and engineering with a 1st. :)
*won the Vinci construction innovation award 3k
*won the Enfield innovation award 20k
*offered a fully funded masters by research at mdx.
*worked on prototypes of pet tech featured on the gadget show
*working in flow innovation centre at uni

This is where I've got to.

Next!

I'll be continuing cybloks, the business model, prototyping, software creation, website creation, essentially getting it ready for release into the big scary world...

But first I have the task of 2 dissertations... One of 5000 words the other a cool 15000...

The first, examining technological learning platforms, and their business models. How to establish a crediable entry into the market.

Next a more in depth study into pedagogy when assisted by technological learning aids, with a focus on AR. Drawing those conclusions into the cybloks learning platforms.

Well there's an update, done on my iPhone... Which I will only be using to write here from now, travelling is a great time to write.
